Another one of APCAA's special teams has completed a key organizational task as we look toward our 2024 centennial observation and scholarship fund launch. On Friday, March 3, 2023, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger conveyed our CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION, a complimentary certification to our official 501(c)(3) non-profit certification issued by the IRS in early 2022.
