Alpha Rho Brother William Porter King, Jr. (Spring 1950) Enters Omega Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha

Brother King, a retired educator, Southfield, Michigan resident, and active member of Gamma Lambda alumni chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (Detroit), was 93 when he entered Omega Chapter.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Cole King, who graduated from Spelman College, class of 1952. He is survived by his two children, Gerald David King, Morehouse class of 1979, his daughter Judith King Craighead, three grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and a host of other nieces and nephews.
