Brother McNair is a lifelong Georgia resident. His parents raised him and his sisters with a firm belief that it is important to always give back and serve others. As a child, his mother would have him up early on Saturday mornings volunteering in the community. "For my entire life, I've called Georgia home," shared the community activist and aspiring politician. "I'm a proud Native Son and am ready to fight for everyday Georgians in the State House. A product of Georgia’s public schools, Josh graduated from Newnan High School in 2002, and then went on to attend Morehouse College graduating with honors in the class of 2006. After college, Josh began working professionally as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting before switching careers to work in healthcare sales where he presently works as a Virology Clinical Consultant for Monogram Biosciences, responsible for selling HIV and Hepatitis C resistant testing to clinicians throughout the Southeast. He now serves as a Sales Trainer for LabCorp.

A Fulton County resident his entire adult life, Josh has served his community through mentoring and volunteering with various community and civic organizations. He has served as the Finance Chair for Young Democrats of Atlanta, Public Safety Chair for NPU-T, and currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the West End Neighborhood Development. In addition to his community involvement, Josh is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (Alpha Rho Chapter Alumni Association), and The Gentlemen’s Foundation. Josh resides in Historic West End.
