Brother Dr. Kendall Reed Sprott (Fall 1970) Inducted Into Rutgers University African American Hall O


Brother Dr. Kendell Sprott has been inducted into the African American Hall of Fame at New Jersey's Rutgers University. Brother Sprott is the Acting Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics, Senior Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UMDNJ/New Jersey Medical School. He is a member of the Association of Medical School Pediatric Department Chairs, Inc (AMSPDC). He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and holds a certificate from the American Board of Pediatrics.

He was Vice-Chair and Director of Community Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of NJ at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center from August 1998 to July 2005. Dr. Sprott serves on the Board of the Association for Children of New Jersey, Childrens Futures, Community Agencies Corporation of New Jersey, Rutgers Community Health Foundation and the New Jersey Public Policy Research Institute.
