Brother Harun L. Knowles (Fall 1980) Appointed Global Facilities Manager for ESW Capital Group

Real estate industry veteran Harun L. Knowles has taken on the leadership role of Global Facilities Manager for ESW Capital -- a 30 year old technology investment entity.

Based in Austin, Texas, the ESW Capital group specifically focuses on buying, strengthening, then growing mature business software companies. By taking advantage of its unique operating platform, ESW revitalizes its acquisitions for sustainable success while making customer satisfaction a top priority. ESW and its affiliated companies have been in the enterprise software space since 1988, and the group includes notable brands such as Aurea, Ignite Technologies, Trilogy, and Versata."

Brother Knowles described his new role by stating:

"Within my duties as a manager in an M&A firm, I am responsible for facilities in the acquisitions. One of my responsibilities is to liquidate the office spaces for acquired companies. Although the office spaces are global, some of these locations are in trendy US and Canada areas.

I can use international and local commercial real estate firms, but I can also make deals for start ups and businesses looking for space to test the fiscal models in their plans at a reduced rate."
