The 1960s were particularly fruitful years in producing good Brothers to build upon the rich legacy of Alpha Rho at Morehouse College. Altogether -- there were 19 separate initiation periods that produced the decade with this highest roster of members in the 96-year history of the chapter. Brother Frederick S. Humphries, Jr. has been elected to the Board of Trustees at Atlanta, Georgia's Morehouse College — the world’s only HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) for men. The historic institution has produced four Rhodes Scholars, several college presidents, and leaders in many other fields around the globe. Word of his trustee appointment made the rounds during last week's Morehouse College founder's observances. During his remarks at the 32nd an
